When will I receive my order?
Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Therefore, orders placed today are scheduled to ship on the following business day.
Delivery dates are calculated from the date of shipment. For example, an order placed on Friday for FedEx 2Day delivery will be due to arrive on the following Wednesday.
FedEx Home Deliery/Ground shipping delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date (weekdays only), select FedEx 2Day (or Standard Overnight) shipping and select the appropriate Ship Date, two (or one) business days before you would like your order delivered.
Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only (holidays excluded).
We DO NOT require signatures for delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the door at the FedEx courier's discretion.
Due to the perishable nature of our popcorn, Uptown Popcorn cannot be responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order.

Do you ship on Saturday?
No. FedEx Home Delivery, Ground, FedEx 2Day, and Overnight orders ship Monday through Friday.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, but customers are stongly encouraged to utilize FedEx 2Day shipping because it is guaranteed. Due to the perishable nature of our product, FedEx Home Delivery/Ground delivery will take at least 7 days to reach these locations. In addtion, FedEx Home Delivery/Ground shipping is not guaranteed, and delivery time may extend beyond 7 days.
Do you ship to international locations?
Shipments outside the U.S. are subject to extra handling charges and fees. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged to the customer at the time the order is processed. Orders shipped internationally or outside the 48 contiguous states are sent via FedEx Express, or USPS service, and may require additional delivery time. Regrettably, there are some countries to which we are unable to ship. Please contact our Mail Order Division at 972.549.4135 or email customer service to inquire about international shipping and handling charges. To place your international order, please call Monday through Friday 10:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. (CST).
Can you ship to school dormitories?
FedEx requires a physical delivery address, which for schools is often different than the postal address. Please check with your student's school regarding the proper delivery address and internal routing information for FedEx shipments on campus.
Can I send to a P.O. Box?
FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs. FedEx requires a physical address. However, you may call in orders shipped to P.O. Box, APOs, or FPOs to our Mail Order Division at 214.265.0200.
Will FedEx or Uptown Popcorn call before delivering the package?
No, it is your responsibility to let the recipient know a package is coming. We strongly advise this because the package is of a perishable nature.
Does someone have to be home to sign for the package?
We ship all orders without requiring a signature for release; if no one is available to sign, FedEx will leave your order at the door without requiring a signature. However, we strongly recommend that someone be present to accept delivery. If you're sending popcorn gifts, please notify the recipient that a perishable package will be arriving. Uptown Popcorn cannot be responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order. Any package that has been delivered in good condition and then marred by an outside agency (i.e. ants, dogs, heat, rain etc.), will not be the responsibility of Uptown Popcorn. Once again, ALL customers are STRONGLY encouraged to make arrangements for a recipient to be available to receive deliveries.
In the event that no one is home to receive your order, we strongly recommend you send your package to a business address to ensure delivery.
